Please Note: Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy & Sick Policy Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice &/or missed appointments may be charged up to the full rate of appointment time missed - note this cannot be paid for using extended benefits & will result in an out of pocket expense. This clinic treats clients with compromised immune systems & by booking online you confirm your understanding & agree to contact us to reschedule any appointments made if you are sick. This includes but is not limited to: Fever-Cold & flu symptoms Any acute respiratory infections Any stomach flu like symptoms any known contagious illness. Failure to rebook when ill, & coming to your appointment could mean you will be turned away & charged a late cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes urgent things can come up, but please make sure to give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend or are sick.
