Please Note: Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy & Sick Policy Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice &/or missed appointments may be charged up to the full rate of appointment time missed - note this cannot be paid for using extended benefits & will result in an out of pocket expense. This clinic treats clients with compromised immune systems & by booking online you confirm your understanding & agree to contact us to reschedule any appointments made if you are sick. This includes but is not limited to: Fever-Cold & flu symptoms Any acute respiratory infections Any stomach flu like symptoms any known contagious illness. Failure to rebook when ill, & coming to your appointment could mean you will be turned away & charged a late cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes urgent things can come up, but please try to give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend or are sick.
